This allows their to be no issues with WMC recordings not being picked up and allows to stream recordings over the internet via things like Emby and Plex without worrying about having it WoL either.

Building your own dongle because you cannot find the specific one you want is fine too if you want to do that and have the time to do that. I understood what you were talking about. Can you point to where I was ciir here? PM me and let’s see if I can get one to you but it won’t have the dongle. Who knows what’s behind it and what needs to be after it.
